Advanced Power Delivery & Cooling
To sustain peak performance on high-core-count processors, the board is equipped with a 14+2+1 Duet Rail Power System with 80A Smart Power Stages. Cooling is managed by a heavy-duty thermal solution, including an Extended Heatsink with 7W/mK thermal pads and M.2 Shield Frozr heatsinks that cover all storage slots to prevent thermal throttling on ultra-fast Gen5 SSDs.

MSI has introduced several EZ DIY features to streamline the assembly process. The EZ PCIe Release allows for the easy, one-handed removal of heavy graphics cards, while the Screwless M.2 Shield Frozr and EZ M.2 Clip II make storage installation completely tool-less. The board also features Frozr AI Cooling, which uses machine learning to intelligently adjust fan curves based on system temperatures for a perfect balance of acoustics and cooling.
