Description
An ASUS ProArt build with a TUF RTX 5090, powered by ASUS
This custom PC follows ASUS's own TUF RTX 5090 reference build for its High-end Agent Computer tier. The graphics card, motherboard, liquid cooler, power supply and case all come from ASUS, mostly from the ProArt creator line. It pairs a flagship gaming GPU with a calm, professional, wood-accented design, for gamers, creators and AI developers alike.
Graphics: ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5090 32GB OC Edition
The TUF Gaming RTX 5090 OC Edition (TUF-RTX5090-O32G-GAMING) carries 32GB of GDDR7 memory, a factory overclock, a three-fan cooler and Aura Sync RGB. It targets maximum settings at high resolutions and refresh rates in games, and accelerates 3D rendering, video editing and effects. For AI, 32GB of VRAM lets larger language and image models run entirely on one card, keeping your data on your own machine.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
The Ryzen 9 9950X has 16 cores, 32 threads, 80MB of L3 cache and up to 5.7GHz boost clock on AMD's AM5 platform. It handles rendering, compiling, encoding and heavy multitasking alongside the GPU.
Motherboard: ASUS ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi
The ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi is ASUS's creator-focused AM5 board, with DDR5, PCIe 5.0 and Wi-Fi 7. ASUS lists it in the AI Development tier of its Agent Computer guide, and it splits the processor's PCIe 5.0 lanes x8/x8 for a second graphics card later.
Memory: 64GB DDR5 6000 AMD EXPO
64GB of DDR5 in two 32GB modules runs at 6000 MT/s with an AMD EXPO profile, matching ASUS's reference build. It is ample for gaming while streaming, large creative projects and AI tools that use system memory alongside the GPU.
Storage: Samsung 990 PRO 2TB
The Samsung 990 PRO 2TB is a PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD with room for a large game library, project files and AI models.
Cooling: ASUS ProArt LC 420
The ProArt LC 420 all-in-one liquid cooler uses a 420mm radiator with 140mm Noctua fans, a cooling setup chosen for strong performance with low noise. It is the exact cooler in ASUS's reference build.
Power: ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III
The ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III is 80 Plus Platinum certified and ATX 3.1 compliant, with Aura Sync lighting. It is 200W above the 1000W ASUS specifies for an RTX 5090 system, with the same wattage as the reference build's TUF Gaming 1200W unit.
Chassis: ASUS ProArt PA602 Walnut
The ProArt PA602 pairs a black body and tempered glass with a walnut wood front and PWM fans, housing the large TUF card and 420mm radiator in a premium, understated design.
