ADARC's Powered by ASUS AI workstation runs two ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB cards for 32GB of combined VRAM, on an ASUS ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi with a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X. With 32GB of DDR5 6000, a 1TB NVMe SSD, PRIME LC 360 liquid cooling and a 1000W ROG Thor Platinum power supply, all in the ProArt PA602 Walnut case, it is built to run AI models locally, handle creative work and play the latest games.
This custom PC follows the Workstation configuration in ASUS's Agent Computer guide. Its motherboard, both graphics cards, liquid cooler, power supply and case are all ASUS, from the ProArt, PRIME, and ROG lines. The aim is a large amount of graphics memory for AI at a lower cost than a single top-tier card, in a calm, wood-accented case that suits a studio or office as well as a desk setup.
Two PRIME RTX 5060 Ti OC Edition cards (PRIME-RTX5060TI-O16G) each carry 16GB of GDDR7 memory on PCIe 5.0, with a three-fan cooler. Together they give 32GB of VRAM, the same capacity ASUS notes for a single RTX 5090, at a significantly lower cost. AI tools such as llama.cpp, Ollama and vLLM can split a model across both cards, so larger models fit than a single 16GB card allows. Games run on one card, which is a capable 16GB RTX 5060 Ti for high-settings play; the second card is there for AI and compute work.
The Ryzen 9 9900X has 12 cores and 24 threads, a 4.4GHz base and up to 5.6GHz boost clock, 76MB of cache and a 120W TDP on AMD's AM5 platform. It handles data preparation, compiling, rendering and multitasking alongside the GPUs.
ASUS names the ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi one of the best motherboards for multi-GPU setups, because it splits the processor's PCIe 5.0 lanes x8/x8 between two graphics cards. It also brings DDR5, PCIe 5.0 and Wi-Fi 7 on the AM5 platform.
32GB of DDR5 in two 16GB modules runs at 6000 MT/s with an AMD EXPO profile, matching the memory in ASUS's reference build. Two free slots leave room to expand later.
A 1TB NVMe SSD gives fast boot and load times and space for the OS, applications, projects and AI models.
The PRIME LC 360 ARGB all-in-one liquid cooler uses a 360mm radiator with three ARGB fans, keeping the processor cool through long AI, rendering and gaming sessions.
The ROG Thor 1000W Platinum III is 80 Plus Platinum certified and ATX 3.1 compliant, with Aura Sync lighting. It matches the 1000W ASUS specifies for this dual-GPU workstation and is well above the 550W minimum per RTX 5060 Ti.
The ProArt PA602 pairs a black body and tempered glass with a walnut wood front, plus PWM fans for airflow. It gives the build a premium, understated look for a home office or studio.
