NOD Edge Agent Computer Powered by ASUS, Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, ROG Astral RTX 5090 32GB, 64GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe Gaming & Local AI Desktop

ADARC's ROG flagship, Powered by ASUS

This custom PC follows the top-of-range build in ASUS's Agent Computer guide. The graphics card, motherboard, liquid cooler and power supply are all ROG, in a TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon case. ASUS lists both the ROG Astral RTX 5090 and the Maximus Z890 Hero for its most demanding "Homelab / AI Nodes" use case. It is built for gamers who want no compromises, and for creators and developers who want serious local AI in the same machine.

Graphics: ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 32GB OC Edition

The ROG Astral RTX 5090 (ROG-ASTRAL-RTX5090-O32G-GAMING) is ASUS's flagship take on NVIDIA's top consumer GPU: 32GB of GDDR7, a factory overclock, a quad-fan cooler and Aura Sync RGB. It targets maximum settings at high resolutions and refresh rates, and accelerates 3D rendering, video and effects work. For AI, 32GB of VRAM lets larger language and image models run entirely on one card, keeping your data on your own machine.

Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus

The Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is an unlocked Intel desktop processor on the LGA1851 socket, with 36MB of cache. On a Z890 board it supports manual tuning for users who want to push performance further.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z890 Hero

The ROG Maximus Z890 Hero is ASUS's high-end Z890 board, with DDR5, PCIe 5.0 and Wi-Fi 7. It provides enthusiast-grade power delivery, connectivity and room for future upgrades.

Memory: 64GB DDR5 6000

Two 32GB DDR5 modules at 6000 MT/s give 64GB of memory, matching ASUS's reference build. That is ample for gaming while streaming, large creative projects and AI tools that use system memory alongside the GPU.

Storage: Samsung 990 PRO 2TB

The Samsung 990 PRO 2TB is a PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD with room for a large game library, project files and AI models.

Cooling: ASUS ROG Ryuo IV 360 ARGB

The ROG Ryuo IV 360 ARGB uses a 360mm radiator and a 6.67-inch AMOLED display on the pump, which can show system stats or custom visuals. It supports both Intel LGA1851 and AMD AM5.

Power: ASUS ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III

The ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III is 80 Plus Platinum certified and ATX 3.1 compliant, with Aura Sync lighting. It is 200W above the 1000W ASUS specifies for an RTX 5090 system, and matches the reference build's 1200W.

Chassis: ASUS TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon ARGB

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is a black case with panoramic tempered glass and four 120mm ARGB fans. It shows off the ROG Astral card and the Ryuo IV display while giving the components room to breathe.
